Who:
FESPA is a global federation of national trade associations and an organiser of exhibitions and conferences for the screen, digital and textile printing industry. FESPA is operated on a ‘profit for purpose’ basis which sees us reinvest all surplus revenues to support the global print community.
How:
FESPA use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage delegates, sales pipeline and marketing automation. Cognition24 conducted an initial Salesforce health check, and based on this, now provide Managed Service support for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Ocean Outdoor
Who:
Ocean is a DOOH media company, facilitating digital connectivity in the OOH world. They practice “The Art of Outdoor®” by creating inspirational new experiences for today’s aspirational brands. As a long-term investor in Salesforce had a managed service with an incumbent supplier who had recently been acquired by a global technology provider. Ocean Outdoor had felt that they had lost the personal and high-quality service originally provided and needed some straightforward guidance and support on moving their platform from legacy Salesforce “Classic” to the newer Lightning UX.
How:
Following a Landscape Review, we made a number of recommendations along with a concise project plan and roadmap to a) move them from classic to lightning, b) provide a managed service support offering which included supporting their everyday sales operation and custom integration with their core advertising system. The result was a very successful migration from classic to lightning at relatively low cost, and a package of monthly support which covered a maximum number of hours or incidents, delivering peace of mind to the system stakeholders.
World Cocoa Foundation
Who:
The World Cocoa Foundation is an international membership organisation across six continents, representing the global cocoa and chocolate sector. The membership includes farmer cooperatives, cocoa processors, cocoa traders, chocolate manufacturers, supply chain companies and other companies worldwide.
How?
Their vision is to be a catalyst for a thriving and equitable cocoa sector, playing a leading role throughout the cocoa sector in partnership with producing country governments, specifically in three impact areas: improving farmer income, helping to end deforestation and promoting reforestation, combatting child labour. Our role is to provide oversight across all areas of technology focused on the Salesforce platform, managing membership and farmer communication, interaction, and participation. In addition, making the most of external applications such as satellite based de-forestation mapping. We have recently been asked to integrate their Sage Intacct finance application.
WPP
Who:
WPP plc is a multinational advertising and public relations company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is one of the world’s largest advertising companies and provides a range of communication services to clients globally. WPP operates through a network of agencies that offer services such as advertising, media investment management, public relations, branding, digital marketing, and market research. The company was founded in 1971 by Sir Martin Sorrell and has since grown to become a major player in the advertising and marketing industry, with operations spanning over 100 countries. WPP owns several well-known advertising agencies and brands, including Ogilvy, JWT, Grey, and GroupM.
How?
Working alongside enterprise partner WPP, we were asked to lead what would be a fiendishly complex solution for Diageo. We were tasked (successfully) with designing a Proof of Concept for their B2B Trade Platform using Salesforce Community Cloud. The solution would have to encompass complex regulations and tax rules, by state, for their US Customer base as well as devising a solution focusing on best use of Internet of Things (IoT), asset and workflow tracking.
In addition to Diageo we have worked on a number of high profile clients with WPP including working with Selfridges on re-imagining their VIP Loyalty programme using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage over 1 million customer records. We also worked with WPP on web application projects for PVH group and Wolsey Centres.
North Tees NHS Trust
Who:
North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust (NT&H NHS Trust) is an NHS trust providing healthcare services in the North East of England. It serves the areas of Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool, and parts of County Durham. The trust operates hospitals including the University Hospital of North Tees in Stockton-on-Tees and the University Hospital of Hartlepool in Hartlepool. As an NHS foundation trust, it operates independently but still provides services within the framework of the National Health Service in England. The trust is responsible for delivering a range of healthcare services to the local community, including medical, surgical, and emergency care, as well as specialized services in areas such as maternity, pediatrics, and oncology.

Stand By Me Bereavement Support
Who:
Stand-by-me Bereavement Support offers support and advice to children, young people and their families in North Hertfordshire and Stevenage. They offer a therapeutic group work programme for children, young people and their parent/carers. Their Contact-me model of support for Schools, provides a framework to support those bereaved in childhood throughout their school career and our Uniting Families project offers support to individual families that have been bereaved.

Stand By Me, a non-profit organisation, was in search of a user-friendly cloud solution to meet various organisational needs, particularly focused on CRM functionality. They needed a system that not only provided clear organisational benefits but also ensured scalability and future-proofing. GRIT
Who:
Growing Resilience in Teens (GRIT) supports young people to improve their mental health through group boxing programmes, workshops and one-to-one coaching. Young people come to GRIT from a variety of routes, including health care professionals, education settings and self- referrals – the majority of referrals come directly from schools. At the core of their work is the ‘Four Corners’ method, which empowers young people to use adversity as a platform for growth.

As a previous Salesforce partner, Ocean Outdoor wanted Cognition24’ support with a new Tableau project. From this, we have successfully integrated Tableau into their Salesforce org enriching Salesforce data with Excel data sources.
Sky Canvas Membership Build
Who:
Sky Canvas is the world’s first human-made shooting star project, aiming to bring people all over the world together to witness a collective experience. The Sky Canvas Members club is a premium Sky Canvas experience, offering “out of this world’ utility benefits, bringing space to you and creating an interactive experience through their membership.
How:
Cognition24 helped implement the NFT element of the Sky Canvas Membership club through its use of Web3 technology. This enables Sky Canvas to offer a unique customer experience, and interaction through social, mobile and an experiential website. Through the help of Cognition24, Sky Canvas is able to track revenue transacted via NFT and blockchain through world-class marketing and technology.

Sky Canvas offers entertainment on an unprecedented scale. Using a proprietary technology that enables satellites to create shooting stars, people over a wide area can marvel at a stunning sight at the same time. ALE, together with JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) has developed a space debris prevention component enabling prompt deorbit of satellites after the completion of their mission (Space Clean Up). Born of a meteor shower, this initiative not only helps advance scientific knowledge but also makes space closer for all of humankind.
How:
Cognition24 assisted Premier Mission with a unique structured approach for the Sky Canvas project and product discovery. We favoured a combination of Design Thinking and Lean Startup to formulate business models and develop ideas. This included website, mobile apps, and NFT integration to an existing social platform.
Phygicool NFT Build
Who:
Phygicool’s product enables the verified owner of the NFT to print a gallery-quality digital image and display in a physical world. With direct marketing to owners of the highest performing NFT projects, Phygicool will present the opportunity to show and present their best and most prized assets.
How:
Phygicool NFT build worked with Cognition24 to create a technology (currently under development), that allows a user to connect their digital wallet. The system can inspect the wallet ensuring only current owners of assets can be offered the opportunity to print.

From planning to execution, Premier Mission creates events that anticipate, meet, and exceed their clients’ expectations. Offering a customised solution that meets client demands, including services for the production and delivery of Live Events Marketing and NFTs, as well as services for administration and project management.
How:
Cognition24 has built a strong partnership with Premier Mission to develop Web2 and Web3 technology integrating CRM, marketing automation and website development, to be used across their platform. Cognition24 worked closely with Premier Mission to integrate the Crypto Wallet used in NFT projects and product launches.

Who:
Visto Images is a bespoke art consultancy based in Paris that curates art collections for the hospitality industry, commercial properties and private residences. From concept to installation, they develop art programs that enhance the brand identity of properties and make them memorable. Their main goal is to design memorable art collections around powerful, convincing stories that add long-term value to their clients’ properties.
How:
Cognition24 has supported Visto Images by heavily customising their mature Salesforce environment. The project involved a detailed Salesforce health check, UI enhancments and additional APEX coding. Cognition24 created management assets and provided ideas around framing, asset management and duplicate management to help them succeed.

Who:
CEERISK is a multidisciplinary consulting firm established to identify engineering risks for different corporations and assist them in developing comprehensive solutions to control hazards and mitigate the impact of costly accidents.
How:
CEERISK previously invested in Salesforce, which grew organically within the organisation. Cognition24 helped CEERISK prepare their business systems and processes for improvement, standardising the way they work and enhancing the Salesforce system with ‘best practice’ ways of working.

Sterling Technology is the leading European provider of premium virtual data room (VDR) solutions for the secure sharing of content, business process automation and collaboration for the M&A, corporate development, capital markets, private capital, banking and legal communities. Sterling has been supporting the capital and M&A markets for over 30 years, and since opening their first VDR in 2010 they have helped customers and users from over 187 countries and 90 industries successfully complete thousands of deals.
How:
Cognition24 assisted Sterling VDR with a custom integration from a proprietary platform to Salesforce Sales Cloud. We continue to support Sterling with marketing automation and system enhancements.
Herts Urgent Care
Who:
HUC, a social enterprise, provides high quality Urgent Healthcare and GP Services to over 3.5 million people across a range of counties, including Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Bedfordshire, and West Essex. The Integrated Urgent Care model championed by HUC includes both Out of Hours and NHS 111 services as well as access to a Clinical Advisory Service.
How:
HUC wanted a user-friendly solution that delivered on several business requirements based around CRM functionality. The system needed to add value and provide clear business benefits. It was also crucial that the system was scalable and future-proof. Cognition24 conducted a Salesforce implementation based on this criteria, as an NHS provider HUC was not looking for a ‘Sales’ system, their primary focus for their CRM was to support with stakeholder management, as well as somewhere to keep information about tenders and potential areas for development.

Mindset Practice is a people, team and organisational development business. They specialise in the provision of high impact, mindset development digital solutions that deliver transformational changes in performance, wellbeing and engagement.

Following some initial workshops, we proposed and implemented a Salesforce solution on FastStart, our rapid Salesforce implementation methodology. We presented Mindset Practice with a solution that enhanced the “out of the box” Salesforce features and included some customisation to match their internal process and procedures.
Herts Young Homeless
Who:
Herts Young Homeless is an independent registered charity, established in 1998, that helps young people secure and maintain appropriate accommodation by providing information, support and help in a crisis. Herts Young Homeless works with other agencies throughout Hertfordshire towards improving local services and preventing homelessness.

We provided Herts Young Homeless with Salesforce support and the implementation of a “live chat” function to reduce the impact on volunteers and improve the service delivery to the vulnerable.

St Mungo’s
Who:
St Mungo’s outreach teams go out each night to meet people who are homeless and to help them off the streets. With 17 outreach teams they are one of the largest providers of outreach services in the country. They believe that people can – and do – recover from the issues that cause homelessness.

DataPlan
Who:
Dedicated to payroll solutions, Dataplan is a payroll outsourcing company providing fully managed payroll services that unlike many of the big payroll solution players, who offer a bit of everything, specialise in payroll. DataPlan made a start on implementing Salesforce and realised that it was more functionally rich than they expected so needed help with reviewing and helping them to work through the implementation including integration of Proposify – a proposal generation tool.
How:
Following some initial workshops, we proposed and implemented a Salesforce solution on FastStart, our rapid Salesforce implementation methodology. Presented them with a solution that made the best out of the out of the box Salesforce features, limited customisation, connected to multiple lead generation website and migrated legacy data. In a relatively short space of time, we provided them with a fully functional sales operation system with leads automatically being assigned to the sales team for qualification and proposal, ability to review KPI, reports and dashboards in a comprehensive and simple way.
