How:

Cognition24 assisted Sterling VDR with a custom integration from a proprietary platform to Salesforce Sales Cloud. We continue to support Sterling with marketing automation and system enhancements.

Who:

A Salesforce Partner since 2008, Customertimes provides ISV products, and outsourcing to customers in 63 countries around the world. Customertimes is headquartered in New York with regional offices in London, Paris, Toronto and Riga.

How:

Hydromarque

Who:

Hydromarque is Europe’s leading pump distributor for Gorman Rupp and specialise in self-priming centrifugal, submersible and gear pumps.

How:

Hydromarque use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage their sales pipeline and marketing automation. Cognition24 conducted an initial Salesforce health check, and based on this review, now provide Managed Service support for Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Who:

OnePLM is one of the largest Siemens PLM Software Resellers worldwide and the only Platinum Reseller in the UK and Ireland, with offices in Oxford, Cranfield and Liverpool. OnePLM have built a reputation on successfully delivering Siemens software solutions, technical consultancy and support services to a wide variety of businesses across different industry sectors.

How:

Cognition24 worked with the team at OnePLM to conduct a thorough business analysis review through our unique Landscape Review methodology. We also assisted with Salesforce migration and the development of a customised set of reports and dashboards.

Who:

Onfido

Who:

Onfido is a UK and US-based software company. Onfido's AI-based identity verification assesses whether a user’s ID is genuine, then compares it against their facial biometrics.

How:

After a significant venture-backed investment, Cognition24 was tasked to re-build their existing Salesforce system and provide a managed service to support the business going forward.

e-Resolve

Who:

e-Resolve is a professional services company with expertise in delivering enterprise solutions with Oracle, SAP and Workday.

How:

Cognition24 assisted with the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud. The requirement was for a CRM solution that took their current sales and marketing platforms and integrated them into a single solution. We delivered important business reporting, insights and activity tracking. In addition, we implemented custom functionality to track projects, project revenue and resource management.
