Cognition24 assisted Wunderman Thompson with the strategic and tactical use of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Wunderman Thompson had a mature Salesforce environment where we worked alongside strong internal skills. Cognition24 worked with their team to manage their Salesforce environment including: data cleansing, document management, customer acquisition and custom development of lead scoring functionality. This was rolled out to an extended user base. Cognition24 continues to provide a managed service to Wunderman Thompson supporting their internal Salesforce team.
