Rapid implementation

Rapid Salesforce implementation

A rapid Salesforce implementation is a fixed-scope, fixed-cost deployment built on proven patterns, designed to get you live in weeks rather than months without giving up governance or the ability to grow later.

FastStart is our structured approach to rapid Salesforce implementation, with a clear scope and agreed price before we start. It is delivered by the same certified UK team, to the same standards, using a streamlined version of the method we apply to larger Salesforce programmes.

The programme

Four weeks, start to live

FastStart compresses discovery, build, migration and training into four weeks. Timings are indicative and confirmed in week one against your data readiness and team availability.

Week 1

Discovery and design

A working session on your core processes, then a design your team signs off before anything is built.

Week 2

Build and configure

Proven core configuration applied to your processes, with the security model and governance set from day one rather than retrofitted later.

Week 3

Data and training

Your records cleansed and loaded, your people trained by role so the system is used from the first week.

Week 4

Go live, plus 30 days

We stay close through the first month, then hand over to a managed service plan or Flex24 hours.

The detail

What a rapid implementation involves

At C24, our goal is to help our customers achieve better business outcomes and maximise the value of their Salesforce solution. That is why we devised FastStart.

Rapid implementation is a streamlined approach to planning, designing, configuring, testing and deploying Salesforce to meet the specific needs of an organisation, with the goal of reaching the desired business outcomes in a shorter time frame. It is led by our team of Salesforce consultants, who work closely with you to understand your processes and requirements and then deliver a solution that is easy to use, maintain and scale.

What you get

A development roadmap aligned to your business objectives, a configuration built to industry best practice, a defined scope with clear deliverables, and a fixed cost agreed before we start.

What sits outside it

Complex custom development, multi-system integration programmes and regulated-industry compliance work. Where you need those, we say so and route you to a full implementation.

Who it fits

Who FastStart is for

FastStart is designed for small and medium sized businesses that need a Salesforce solution quickly. We help you determine your requirements and get you live to an agreed time and cost.

It also suits organisations that have run Salesforce for a while without using it to its full potential. In those cases we streamline the org and leave you with a system that is efficient, usable and fits how the business actually works.

Choose the route

FastStart or a full implementation?

We will tell you which one you are in the first conversation, including when it is neither.

FastStart fits

Small and medium teams with recognisable sales or service processes, a manageable data set, and a need to be live in weeks. Also orgs that have drifted and need a clean reset.

A full implementation fits

Complex data models, multiple integrations, regulated industries or multi-team rollouts. Taking the fast route here costs more later than it saves now.

Rapid Salesforce implementation: frequently asked questions

How much does FastStart cost?

It is a fixed price agreed before we start, so there is no day-rate drift. The price depends on which Salesforce applications you need and how much data comes with you, and it is confirmed in writing after a short scoping call.

Is FastStart the same as a Salesforce QuickStart?

It is the same category of thing. QuickStart is the term several partners use for a templated rapid deployment. FastStart is ours, and the differences worth knowing are that the price is fixed rather than indicative, and that thirty days of aftercare is included rather than sold separately.

How fast is a rapid Salesforce implementation?

Live in weeks, not months. FastStart runs to four weeks. The exact schedule depends on data readiness and the availability of your team for training, both agreed in week one.

What happens after go live?

Thirty days of aftercare, then your choice of a managed service plan or Flex24 hours. Most FastStart clients move to Bronze or Silver.

Is it only for new Salesforce customers?

No. It also suits organisations that have run Salesforce for years without getting value from it, where a structured reset is faster than picking apart what is there.

What is not included?

Complex custom development, multi-system integration programmes and regulated-industry compliance work sit outside FastStart. Where you need those, we say so and route you to a full implementation.

Do we need an in-house admin afterwards?

No. Some clients hand straight over to a C24 managed service and never hire one. Others use the thirty days of aftercare to bring their own person up to speed. The build is documented either way, so the choice stays open.

What if our processes are not standard?

Then FastStart is probably the wrong route, and we will say so in the first conversation rather than three weeks in. Complex data models, multiple integrations and regulated requirements belong in a full implementation.
