Herts Young Homeless is an independent registered charity, established in 1998, that helps young people secure and maintain appropriate accommodation by providing information, support and help in a crisis. Herts Young Homeless works with other agencies throughout Hertfordshire towards improving local services and preventing homelessness.
We provided Herts Young Homeless with Salesforce support and the implementation of a “live chat” function to reduce the impact on volunteers and improve the service delivery to the vulnerable.
